"Customer states unit makes 2 different noises, one on video. Video is of damper in bottom center of ref section able to duplicate noise by opening and closing doors as damper closes w/ door openings. Other noise is several loud clicks that are very intermittent but seem to be more frequent when ice is used rapidly and unit is making a lot of ice. No ice maker fault, ran harvest test. Ice maker able to be heard but sounds normal w/ no clicking. Fill sounds normal. Ran water dispenser. Dispenser sound normal as well. Gave estimate for new damper of $410.97. More intermittent noise I could not duplicate. Customer wants to hold off on repair. Balance for damper would be $260.70"

Called techline, techline said that the condensation heading up the wall wall and overheating of the dryer is caused by poor venting and sweating techline advised that venting in wall should be replaced with a rigid metallic tubing and not a plastic pvc like piping that is currently in there as it is causing these issues and is not to be used as said on page 16 of the installation instructions manual.SR#7737905338"

"Found unit turns on and tub will spin motor functions check good but after locking and spinning at the beginning of cycles unit sits idle doing nothing. No faults stored. Unit doesnt start test cycle hen cycled either. Checked continuity of drain circuit from control. Open line. Wiring had broke at pump connector and been repaired. Cut behind the repaired area and tied wires together and checked again. Still open circuit. Harness broken between control and pump. Pump continuity checks good 25 ohms. Damaged pump circuit has damaged board. Also found cold solenoid loose compared to hot but could not get hot or cold to fill to test valve. Unit would need lower harness, ACU, and valve. Customer stated not to order parts manufacturer advised her they would replace unit."

Unit is level and planted firmly . Suspension is planted and firm. Tight no loose. Liquid wash basket ring is present in wash basket. Unit spins smooth in high spin when empty. Unit passes automatic diagnostics. Wash basket holes are punched through correctly. Started load. Customer provided load is extremely small. Unit gets off Balance for customer load size . Added correct size load with towels ,sheets and other cottons and unit spins correctly with no off balance banging or excess vibrations. Customer states previous machine would do the same thing. Unit operates as designed .went over use and care with customer. Unit check is ok"

"Customer complaint is unit is leaving clothes too wet at end of cycle and making loud banging noise in spin as well, checked all connections, all connections secure no break in any wires. Ran unit through diagnostics found no error codes activated all valves, all valves check good. activated drain pump, drain pump checks good. Activated agitation shifter moves into agitation properly and agitates. Activated high spin, unit spins fast but I did find one foot to not be leveled and not contacting ground properly re leveled feet unit spins without banging into anything or making noise all components activating perfectly. Informed customer clothes will not be perfectly dry and will be damp and that unit is doing everything it can as for other concerning noises the water inlet hoses make a slight tapping noise when washer is spinning and moving which is normal. Cycled unit through calibration cycle and then quick wash unit performed all functions perfectly. Unit checks ok everything runs perfect."
