"Took quick pics, found fz is 13 degrees and ice cream feels a bit soft, also found there to be a frozen spot of condensation on the evap panel, fan is running and frost patteren looks normal. Plugged unit into watt meter found unit pulling 1.2 amps defrost thermistor showing 11.7k ohms when running and 5dv to defrost thermistor. Called techline and spoke with Adriane 7739605280 he said the bucket will fill all the way if nobody uses it in 3 days. He told me to turn the fz all the way to coldest since house is at 78 degrees sealed gaps between cabinet and liner with rtv. Unit checks ok ; used 1 W10841140 (RTV) from stock"

"When attempting to put on pressure regulator. I found it did not fit unit. Contacted tech support and spoke to Rick. He said the pressure regulator wont work with braided stainless waterline, but he doesnt think that would resolve issue anyway. He recommended I put silicone around fill tube and put fill tube extension on fill tube. I did this and secured with zip tie. Tested ice maker and found fill tube no longer dripping. "7739591947Took quick pics, found unit frozen over the drain tray again and is dripping into the refrigerator compartment. Cleared all ice, ran diagnostic tests and heater was 106 ohms, and getting hot in diagnostics called techline spoke with John he said it could be the way the installation is and the unit being 82 degrees could be causing it to get too hot in defrost and causing condensation that freezes into ice. Did advise running ceiling fan to move air around ran a waterline through drain extension until I hit drain pan. Drain line is completely clear. Unit checks ok. Called customer to let her know the total for Tc and Labor of $279.99 and had office run cc and email receipt. Unit checks ok"

"Andrew @ techline 7739038126Took quick pics, found unit showing 0-9 off balance pause and a 7-7 motor unable to reach target rpm. Ran diagnostic cycle and found all functions completed as normal. Ran regular drain and spin and found unit to be normal. Taped drain hose into u-collar because cust is concerned it will come out in spin. U-collar is also zip tied to hot hose. Put a level on all 4 sides of unit and found it to be nearly perfectly square on floor. Unit is on a tile floor. Tested suspension, basket bounced once and settled into center. Called techline and spoke with Andrew I went through history and what I found today. He asked me to do a load of towel. I put 5 full sized bath towels on rinse and spin, set towels loosely in a donut around the outside of basket. It shakes a bit when spinning on the outside but I had it where I could look in lid while it was running and the basket is centered when spinning. Unit is functioning properly"
