"Customer still having issue with loads getting off balance. Have not duplicated an unusual off balance load condition when testing w/ or w/o load but an off balance load fault has been stored in the past. Tub, ACU, suspension, motor, cam, and actuator have all been replaced. Called TECHLINE. Spoke w/ Austin. He advised it is normal for occasional loads to get off balance depending on the load. He recommended several loading practices to minimize this which has been discussed with customer. Per TECHLINE unit operating as designed. SR 7738319394"

Found the left side of the outlet,est is starting to crack and the contacts inside the outlet dont look as shiny as they should and its starting to mark the prongs on the cord.
