"Took quick pics, when I first arrived if door is closed the fan runs and the cavity light stays on when not in a cooking cycle. Unplugged unit and tested polarity at outlet. Both sides of outlet check ok. Took control off and checked each door switch individually. Found the only one with high resistance is the door switch switch. It has ~24ohms where the rest show 0.1 ohms. Cleaned off contacts and reinstalled switch cams. Checked cabinet fuse and filter fuse both are closed. Plugged unit back in and found now all functions are normal light and fan are off when door is closed. Unit heats and ends cycle normally. Gave cust est of $336.29. Since its working customer declined repair at this time. He paid $150 TC via check. Emailed receipt. Unit checks ok."

"F2e1 (stuck button). No other error codes. Customer showed me in drain and spin cycle, how grinding noise happens when unit is trying to spin. It sounds as though unit is unable to shift gears properly.inspected and found rotor screw loose. Corrected screw and tested in diagnostics. Still found similar issue but coming from agitator now. Attempted to remove agitator and could not. Found agitator screw rusted in place. It appears at though agitator/gearcase gear teeth stripped. Because agitator can not be removed, spin basket and wash basket and other components will need to be replaced. Screw (W10752187) agitator (W11550891) spanner (W10909670) spin basket (W10811957) outer tub (W11219115) gearcase (W11393685) slider (W10734521) clutch (W10754448) needed. Found wash basket and motor components covered under 10 year manufacturer warranty. Quoted customer 1754.57 to complete repairs. Customer does not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Collected 150 for service call."

Did find the rh ff door gasket had some tears in it and you can see light through the doors at the bottom. Both evap frost patterns looks relatively normal. All fans are running and compressor is also running. Called techline spoke with Andrew. He asked if imk fan was running and if back channel is clear, they are. He asked if I could feel air moving between back of adapter and wall, I can. Customer complaint is unit making knocking noise when in spin and lid of unit does not stay open. Checked for knocking noise when in spin appears to be drum tapping back panel of unit and getting off balanced. Will order basket and suspension rods. When checking hinges of lid appeared ok noticed washing machine lid could not fully open where the cabinet was located in relation to washing machine lid when trying to open. Moved washing machine a few inches forward and lid stays open how its supposed to. Customer also mentioned that unit has residue on clothes at the end of cycles. Tried calling techline about issue but could not get answer will call techline on return visit. Put unit into bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes after 20 minutes of sitting at 400 degrees units surface temperature of glass never reached over 125 degrees after the 20 minutes not exceeding the 172 limit.
