"Took quick pics, found unit unplugged and lights not working. Plugged unit in and found unit was stuck in a safety loop, let unit turn until pump cut off. Tried to put in diagnostics and the lights went into diagnostics but it kept running the drain pump, found the drain pump showed good resistance but would run everytime you activate the valves. Found the valve resistance high and every time I run the cold valve it sputters and the drain pump kicks back on. Installed new valve and plugged unit in, the drain pump didnt come on. Ran through diagnostics cycle and unit completed and didnt turn drain pump on outside of when it should run. Ran quick wash until wash cycle with deep fill. Unit checks ok. ; used 1 W11038689 (Valve) from stock"

"Took quick pics, found unit beeping and flashing while running drain pump. Took kickplate off and removed float switch tray and found the tray to be full of water. And there is a green spot underneath where the valve is. Ran through diagnostics cycle and found no leaks. Pulled unit out to watch all sides, ran through a heavy wash and didnt find much took door off and all components look dry. Pushed unit back in and found my left hand was a bit wet. Found the incoming hose had a very small drip. Like one or two drops every few minutes and the brass connector is corroded and green, and sits right above the green spot in the tray. Found the washer in the inlet hose has a groove where it had been over tightened. Installed new hose washer and made sure everything was straight and not over tightened. No leaks to be found now. Unit checks ok; used 1 GSW300 (Washer) from stock"

I ran unit in a drain and spin and it is making a weird chirping when ramping up and slowing down. I didnt have any issue with basket stopping on its own. But I did find it was struggling moving back and forth from agitate and spin, tipped unit up and found rotor screw in place and rotor attached. Took rotor off and found the slide magnet fell off. Installed new slide ran unit through an entire quick wash, unit fills, agitates and spins and shuts the cycle off on its own. Unit checks ok ; used 1 W10734521 (Slide) from stock"

"Took quick pics, found unit showing 8-0 upper fan speed error and the bottom oven wont heat at all. Customer left it on for an hour and it never went above 100 degrees. Pulled unit out and found the lower cavity tstat open. Installed new tstat. Found upper fan hall sensor showing OL between grey and green wires. But in the sensor it shows 6.09 ohms. Checked harness continuity and all wires check good. Found pin to grey wire was bent up and not going into harness correctly. Corrected pins and checked sensor through harness there is now resistance. Put everything back tote and put oven back into wall. Turned both ovens on to 350 and they both completed preheat in approximately 20 minutes. Unit checks ok; used 1 WP4449751 (Tstat) from stock"

Removed deli ui and found water pooled up under ui, causing corrosion and damage to electronics. The components are beyond repair and will need to be replaced. Disconnected deli ui and found interior lights now working. Found no saved ice maker error codes. Test cycled ice maker and found it completing cycle but not filling. Checked and found fill tube frozen. Thawed fill tube and tested again. Found ice maker now filling. New Pantry drawer (W10815668) is needed.
