Customer states hes owned many of refrigerators and this unit build condensation on back wall . This isnt a defrost failure. Just slight ice build up from humidity and then freezes . Customer states once he wipes or off it will reappear weeks later. Pictures uploaded . Door seals are good and seal all the way around cabinet. No tears or defects. More of a humidity issue. Called tech line and spoke with Andrew. Sent pictures to Andrew. Evap cover is seated with no bulge. Unit is level . Drain tube is tight and seated and not creating air leak . Customer complaint is that when unit is running both ovens at the same time unit flips breaker. Tested function of each oven alone and unit performed fine up to 350. When running both ovens at the same time upwards of 425 the breaker tripped. Called techline. Techline went over checks with me and stated that standard breakers after a storm can become damaged causing issues like this. Techline said that weak breaker is most likely the problem. Based on information at hand customer agrees it is most likely breaker. Customer stated he will have electrician come out and change breaker. Found the cold valve does sputter when filling but you have to let it fill about 5 minutes before it starts doing it.
