"Took quick pics, found unit had F9E1 long drain code stored in memory. Cleared code and ran diagnostic cycle in step 12 and found unit drained and completed diagnostic cycle. Took off back panel and manually removed remaining water, took filter out of drain pump and found a small bit of hair and a small strip of rubber but nothing large enough to clog drain line. Drain line is properly installed into stand pipe and incoming water is good. Checked ohms to drain pump 20.4 ohms and recirculating pump was 36 ohms which both are in range. Customer states unit will randomly shut off in the middle of the cycle and the spin/ drain is intermittent. According to the tech sheet the acu (main control) needs to be replaced. Gave customer est of $734.07 customer declined repair at this time and is calling manufacturer about authorization. Had office run cc for $150 Tc and email receipt."

"Took quick pics, found the units display on but nothing will happen when you activate the element switches or the oven. I had customer turn breaker off and i pulled unit out. Took off terminal cover and found the green wire of the 4 wire cord was just hanging between the cord guard, the grounding strap was still in place, I cut the grounding strap off of terminal block and screwed in the green ground wire to the chassis. Had customer turn breaker back on and checked power at terminal. 240v across red and black and 120v between white and red and white and black, replaced all covered and Reinstalled unit. Placed unit into bake cycle and turned on all the elements to high. All functions now work. Unit checks ok."

Found unit with condensation buildup inside. Checked for gaps in gasket found gasket had small gap in top left corner of refrigerator section adjusted height and position of door. Unit no longer appears to have any gaps after opening and closing multiple times. Unit checks ok.

"Took quick pics, put unit into diagnostics found unit showing no codes, tried to start diagnostics cycle, but whenever I select it, it goes back to diagnostics menu. Put back into a regular run mode, and tried to start cycle, a message of close lid comes up even when lid it closed. Found lid switch is open and showing no resistance, but board is send 120v to latch. Made estimate for latch of $373.88 customers brother approved estimate. I installed new latch and ran diagnostic cycle and his time it completed each step and locked the lid. Put unit into regular run mode again and ran drain and spin, unit checks ok. Had office run cc for full amount and email receipt. Unit checks ok."
