When unit is in spin cycle, unit vibrates and shakes other things in room due to unsturdy floor. Informed customer that that is an issue with the floor itself, and not the unit. Also found extra rinse setting coming on when drain and spin is selected. Explained to customer that if the extra rinse is selected, the unit will add water to cycle. Also explained to customer proper loading procedures and the importance on not overloading machine and recommended washing comforters and other large items at a laundry mat. If load is too large, unit may get out of balance and not complete cycle properly. Customer understood. At this time, unit is functioning as designed with no leaks detected."

"Found no saved error codes. Tested moisture sensors and found them responding and functioning properly. Unit is reaching proper temps and getting proper voltage. Checked and found airflow still restricted. Removed vent line and found airflow ok. Showed customer the airflow difference with vent line attached and not attached. Also explained to customer how the moisture sensors operate and with some loads, large loads in particular, moisture sensors may not sense wet clothes, resulting in some damp items. At this time, unit is functioning as designed."

"Found all interior lights out. Customer said water was dispensed when they didnt call for it. Disconnected deli ui and lights all came back on. Found water under deli ui with corrosion on board, drawer connector and harness connector. Customer said they lost power in the storm. I informed them that the water may have gotten into deli ui when ice melted from power outage causing ui to short out, or the water could have gotten there when the dispenser came on on its own. I left deli ui unplugged and quoted customer 1616.92 to replace Drawer (W10815669) control (WPW10769076) and harness (W11170612). Customer did not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. I informed customer watch unit closely when the water is on to the unit because we cannot guarantee that the user interface is the cause of that particular issue. Customer understood. Left ui unplugged. Collected 150 for service call."
