Found one burner flame height was cutting off when set to low. Adjusted flame height of burner. Called techline about door heat. Techline said that door heat is normal and can get up to 172 degrees when in use and set at 400 degrees. Informed customer of what techline had said. Took temperature of door. Found unit sometimes freezing items in freezer. Customer had temperature probe to checks temperatures for the past 24 hours. Refrigerator stayed around 37-42 most of the time based on graph. But freezer section would go from 0 to 37 degrees every 3 to 4 hours. Found some items frozen and some not. Checked compressor and frost pattern both appear to check ok at the moment. Called JR. Came to the conclusion that unit is either having a problem with one of the boards or thermistors. "Cannot read model and serial tag. Found f8e3 (overflow condition) F3e2 (pressure sensor fault) F5e4 (door not open between cycles) F9e1 (long drain) F8e3 (overflow). Tested unit and found it filling and draining and completing cycle without issues. Given error codes and complaint description, Control (W11201283) and pressure sensor (WPW10448876) will be needed. Quoted customer 774.83 to replace control and pressure sensor. Informed customer that there could always be further issues resulting in further charges, but since we dont have model and serial numbers we cannot fully diagnose. Customer understood and does not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Collected 150 for service call."
