Found dryer has 123 volts from neutral to red terminal and 56 volts from neutral to black. Across red and black 71 volts. At the outlet I have 240 volts from l1 to l2 and 120 from neutral to l1 and neutral to l2. Proper power at the outlet but not at the dryer means the cord is at fault. Tested dryer components to make sure they are good. All thermals and thermostats have closed circuit and heater reads 9.8 ohms and is not grounded. Called tech line and spoke to Robert. Took quick pics found unit on a pedestal but the dryer is sitting on styrofoam and not attached to pedestal. Removed styrofoam and screwed pedestal and dryer base together. Took front panel off and the chute. Found blower wheel in good condition no cracks or chips. Cleared Al debris from inside of chute and base of unit. Also found belt and idler pulley in good condition. Charged customer for TC and labor of $229.99 had office run cc and email receipt unit checks ok
