"Took quick pics, found unit running in a safety loop. Found control has 1-1 internal board error and 3-1 pressure sensor error. Cleared codes and as soon as I turned knob it started safety loop again. When that finished I checked pressure hose for kinks or blockages and it is open and clear. I put into diagnostic cycle and it ran that and finished, immediately when it was done got stuck back into safety loop And repeats the 1-1 and 3-1 codes. Installed control. Unit checks ok"

"Found oven door top cap and handle setting crooked also hinge is noisey svrews loose to hinge, tightened hinge screws all, removed top cap amd handle shimmed cap out to aligin it better, unit chks ok"

"Took quick pics, found unit FF door will not always stay closed. Noticed first the top of the door gap and the bottom are not equidistant. Took front kickplate off and found the right side of it was rubbing the FF door stop, which is causing door to get caught up and not close properly. Unscrewed hinge and moved door so the gap is the same top and bottom and will keep the door from rubbing when closed. Didnt find any cracks on door that would be causing resistance on bottom cam/hinge. Cleaned gaskets off and applied food grade silicone to make sure magnets have a clean connection to cabinet metal. Customer also states that the ice bucket gets frosty and will clog the bottom of the bucket, took icebox apart and removed chute and found gasket was curled up and damaged in a few spots. Installed new gasket and reinstalled chute. Sealed chute with rtv to door to prevent future air leaks. Lastly, pulled gaskets with heat gun to insure good connection. Unit checks ok had office run cc for $254.99 for Tc and Labor and email receipt."

Tested power to outlet because no burners would turn on. Only getting 120 volts on l1 and nothing on l2 so either. I think the same phase 120 volt line is being used on L2 side of range. Needs electrician to wire second side of circuit to oven. Elements or burners wont work if only 120 volts are going to them. Let tenant/landlord know theyll need an electrician or handyman to fix.

"Tested unit and found it heating when I arrived. Found unit neutral wire attached to ground, at terminal block. Corrected. Found unit getting proper voltage. Power chord is very old but is checking ok. It is possible that thermal fuse is failing at times. Replaced thermal fuse. Element ok. Found vent flaps, on side of house sticking. Customer states unit makes noise and unit can be heard at night . Noise can occur for several minutes at a time. When running test 3 air damper opened and customer states noise is similar. Step 3 fan sounds normal. No defrost failure in test 56. Unit makes full bin of ice and temps are at 0 and 36. Air damper is at acceptable level of noise and cant be heard with door closed. Unit makes no odd noises in step 4. Step 45 and 57 are all normal. Unit is level and no condenser noise . Customer tried describe noise and unit sound like refrigeration knock. Called tech line and spoke with Chris .. Chris advised unit works as designed and cant replicate noise Case number is 21225736

Found it will default to the crushed side and dispense crushed even on cubed but the ui display never changes. Found when you open the door it stops but as soon as you close it again it keeps going. Only way to truly get it to stop is to unplug and reset fridge. Called techline spoke with Andrew. Went over whats been happening and he had me put it in diagnostics and test the paddle, found separator and ui working correctly. He had me unplug unit and take the auger box down to check wiring and connectors found all wires in good shape and everything is shiny and dry. No corrosion or moisture build up at all on harness, connectors or components. Will need high voltage control for repair gave customer est of $574.58 customer agreed and paid half by cc office ran and emailed receipt will owe $287.29 on completion ; ordrng 1 W11449482 (Control) and 1 J13 (Job code)"

"Took quick pics, found unit unplugged. Pulled unit out and checked outlet. Polarity and incoming voltage is correct. Double igniter showing 101.7 ohms and saftey valve has 0.1 ohms. Sensor is 1kohms and cord has good resistance and no visible breakage. Plugged unit into my kilowatt meter into the outlet so I could watch if it dropped power, it didnt. I ran broil for about 3 minutes. Shut it off and ran bake about ten minutes. The igniter glows and the safety valve opens and the gas is ignited. Shut off and unplugged watt meter and plugged unit into outlet and breaker tripped immediately. Reset breaker and unplugged ignitor and plugged back in, tripped breaker, checked again for any pinched or broken wiring harness covers and dont see anything wrong. Unplugged all loads from control and plugged into wall, tripped breaker again. Called techline spoke with Nate 21230229 he did some testing with me. Found grounded neutral through harness, he transferred me to safety.
