"When I arrived customer informed me that the unit had not been cooling well, for a week or so. Tested and found freezer fan not running, but is getting proper voltage. It is likely that the freezer fan itself is the cause. Replaced all parts ordered and tested. Found all fans now working properly and unit has a good frost pattern. Ice makers ok. All operations ok with no leaks detected."

"Took quick pics, found unit showing 0-9 off balance pause. Found the unit went through diagnostics cycle and didnt sound like tub was spinning, tipped unit back and found belt had fallen off and broke the ring on the cam. Installed new cam and belt reran diagnostic test and found unit showied 7-1 tach missing. Installed shifter and reran test. Unit completed no repeat codes. Unit checks ok; used 1 W11239857 (Belt), 1 W10721967 (Cam), and 1 W11481722 (Shifter) from stock"

Found unit getting too hot. Checked behind back of unit found kink in venting to unit and full of lint. Removed lint and fixed kink in vent. Checked voltage. Voltage checks good. Also checked resistance of thermals and heater. All check good with good resistance. Cycled unit and checked temperature behind unit. unit cycling between 125 and 170 degrees like normal now. All functions pass

Made customer aware of situation. Replaced wash motor and Drain hose (W11414944).
