"Took quick pics, found unit frozen over the drain tray again and is dripping into the refrigerator compartment. Cleared all ice, ran diagnostic tests and found heater not coming on, when I ohms checked it, it was 106 ohms, when I plugged it back in found the red wire loose in the plastic connector and had backed itself back to where its not touching spades. Corrected wiring in harness and made sure heater was fully seated in the clips in the bottom of the drip pan. Ran heater test again, unit now gets hot. Also wrapped a bit of wire around heater and set across the opening of the drain hole to prevent this in the future. Unit checks ok. Texted customer to let her know the total for Tc and Labor of $229.99 and had office run cc and email receipt. Unit checks ok"

Installed connector with check valve and took the regular compression fitting off. Put a cleaning bottle on dryer that isnt touching washer and ran spin cycle, the bottle on the dryer is bouncing and the liquid inside is shaking. Advised customer to put rubber vibration stabilizers under the feet of the unit to try and damper some of the movement. Customer also states the pet hair/ lint catcher in the bottom of the agitator comes apart and doesnt work properly. customer is unhappy with unit and is afraid it is going to damage something."

"Found humming noise coming from compressor compartment. Inspected and found noise coming from compressor. Found freezer temp set to -7. Set freezer temp back to factory setting. Compressor could have been working extra hard to reach set temps. Recommend customer wait a few days to see if noise dissipates. If not, compressor, may be needed. Found sealed system repairs covered under warranty. If issue continues, Compressor (W11592010) evaporator (W11099748) evaporator (W11291123) dye dryer (WPW10143759) may be needed. Collected 125 for service call."
