Found temps ok in unit when I arrived. Found no ice maker error codes. Test cycled ice maker and found it completing cycle and filling properly. Contacted tech support and spoke to Andrew. I informed him of all previous work done on unit. He said no more repairs are can be done for issue at this time. Unit is non repairable. "Unit unplugged when I arrived. Plugged unit in and found compressor attempting to start then shutting off. Inspected compressor compartment and found evidence roaches all over compressor compartment, damaging main control and possibly all other components in compressor compartment. "Took quick pics, found unit showing no codes, customer is concerned the trim at the bottom is too hot after the oven has been running a while. I told customer the oven vents hot air through the bottom trim, I also showed customer in installation guide/manual on page 8 it does state in a note marked IMPORTANT; This oven has been designed in accordance with the requirements of UL and CSA International and complies with maximum allowable wood cabinet temperature of 194 degrees Fahrenheit or 90 degrees Celsius. Ran oven to 350 and checked temps of bottom trim piece and internal oven temp found unit preheated in about 16 minutes but my meter coupler was only at 270 degrees inside oven. Waited about 7 more minutes and internal temp is now at 350. Unit got to 387 degrees before starting the downward swing. When oven was at 387 degrees. Temp of trim piece was between 112-166 degrees. Raised bake temp to 425 to read temps on trim. Spoke with TJ @techline he states there is no temperature limit on the vent trim and the longer it runs the hotter it will be, all of that information is available in service pointer W11544031. Unit is functioning as designed techline file number 7740219577"

Found cord coming out of socket.. advised socket should be changed due to it not fitting in right.. right socket for cord but something wrong with the way it fits in. Pushed in zipped tied. Now getting 240v.

"Took quick pics, found unit full of water and not draining. Found unit flashing 9-1 when I got here. Cleared water out annually. Found wires tied out of connector to drain Pump and the white harness cover on pump was dangling by wire. Corrected wiring harness and installed new connector. Ran diagnostic cycle. Unit checks ok"

"Took quick pics, found unit unplugged and lights not working. Plugged unit in and found unit was stuck in a safety loop, let unit turn until pump cut off. Tried to put in diagnostics and the lights went into diagnostics but it kept running the drain pump, found the drain pump showed good resistance but would run everytime you activate the valves. Found the valve resistance high and every time I run the cold valve it sputters and the drain pump kicks back on. Installed new valve and plugged unit in, the drain pump didnt come on. Ran through diagnostics cycle and unit completed and didnt turn drain pump on outside of when it should run. Ran quick wash until wash cycle with deep fill. "Took quick pics, found unit beeping and flashing while running drain pump. Took kickplate off and removed float switch tray and found the tray to be full of water. And there is a green spot underneath where the valve is. Ran through diagnostics cycle and found no leaks. Pulled unit out to watch all sides, ran through a heavy wash and didnt find much took door off and all components look dry. Pushed unit back in and found my left hand was a bit wet. Found the incoming hose had a very small drip. Like one or two drops every few minutes and the brass connector is corroded and green, and sits right above the green spot in the tray. Found the washer in the inlet hose has a groove where it had been over tightened. Installed new hose washer and made sure everything was straight and not over tightened. No leaks to be found now. "Took quick pics, found unit not stopping the spin by itself. Customer states the spin is also noisy. I ran unit in a drain and spin and it is making a weird chirping when ramping up and slowing down. I didnt have any issue with basket stopping on its own. But I did find it was struggling moving back and forth from agitate and spin, tipped unit up and found rotor screw in place and rotor attached. Took rotor off and found the slide magnet fell off. Installed new slide ran unit through an entire quick wash, unit fills, agitates and spins and shuts the cycle off on its own. Unit checks ok ; used 1 W10734521 (Slide) from stock"

"Took quick pics, found unit showing an 8-1 long fill code, ran the diagnostic test and found barely any cold water coming out. Installed new valve and found unit in a tray but the feet havent been raised at all, found a wear mark on the tray where the motor has been rubbing. Center burner pops when flame is adjusted on hand valve. Unit is on propane. Called tech line and spoke with Steve . Customer states unit has tore up all towels in the home. Customer states there is discoloration on wash basket. No damage on wash plate or basket causing snagging . Tested unit and found it completing cycle without issues except hot water and cold water are reversed. Corrected and recalibrated and tested again observing for leaks and proper functions. Customer states after power outage from hurricane Helene unit began tripping breaker . Unit could flip breaker every few days or every few hours. Customer has replaced gfci breaker and hasnt tripped in several days . Ran all fan and heater test. No tripping. No faults found at this time

"Tested unit and four it heating normally but had very poor airflow. Inspected and found vent line kinked. Corrected kink and tested and still found poor airflow. Checked vent on side of house and found vent duct not in line with vat hole on house. Adjusted the best I could and explained to customer that if vent duct is restricted in any way, they will experience poor dry performance. Customer understood. At this time, machine itself is functioning as designed."

"Customer said noise doesnt happen all the time and sounds like its coming from behind the unit. I tested unit in diagnostics and found all compressor components ok and functioning normal at this time. I did find freezer evaporator fan running loudly but informed customer that that is normal for this unit. Ice maker turned off when I arrived. Turned ice maker on and tested and found it completing test cycle with no leaks from fill tube. Turned ice maker back off. I recommended customer try to get a recording of noise if it happens again. "Took quick pics, found unit showing 8-0 upper fan speed error and the bottom oven wont heat at all. Customer left it on for an hour and it never went above 100 degrees. Pulled unit out and found the lower cavity tstat open. Installed new tstat. Found upper fan hall sensor showing OL between grey and green wires. But in the sensor it shows 6.09 ohms. Checked harness continuity and all wires check good. Found pin to grey wire was bent up and not going into harness correctly. Corrected pins and checked sensor through harness there is now resistance. Put everything back tote and put oven back into wall. Turned both ovens on to 350 and they both completed preheat in approximately 20 minutes. Unit checks ok; used 1 WP4449751 (Tstat) from stock"
