Replaced maintenance kit due to noise issues. Had burnt residue on heat grate inside dryer indicating that delicate items were being dried on too high of a heat setting. Cleaned of residue with a wire brush. Tested all thermostats and hooked up neutral to neutral post because theres a 4 prong dryer cord installed so theres no chance of electrocution if heater grounds out and someone touches non painted metal surface. Tested operation and everything should be performing as designed. Let homeowner know he should clean glue like substance from inside dryer drum.

Rotor bolt was loose causing rotor to grind on slider. Didnt see any damage so I put blue lok tire on bolt and fastened back down. Slider magnet still in good condition. Went into diagnostics to check for error codes and there was an error for ACU to user interface communication. Tried replacing user interface and control we brought out and user interface is damaged. Need to reorder user interface and put both on at later date when we receive parts. Tried swapping user interface boards with old but theres too much delicate ribbon cables so I didnt want to risk bricking the washer so they cant use at all. They recommended trying to increase the dryness level or using timed dry to ensure clothes are dry. Removed a lot of lint from blower wheel that should improve drying levels. Techline says that if lighter weight clothes that dry faster can be the clothing hitting the sensor causing the dryer to think the clothes are dry. Everythings performing as designed.

"This ice maker has a history of the cleaning light staying on and doesnt affect operation. Filter light is on and I let them know its cheaper for them to replace the filter. Filter number needed is (F2WC9I 1 or W10565350.) Recommended to get filter from Tribles on Woodruff Rd in Greenville and to take old filter in with them so its easy to know for sure which one is needed. Clean light will remain on but will not affect operation. Cleaned ice maker manually inside and out,then rinsed everything out. Put ice in freezer for workers to use while ice machine is making ice. Thank you!! May need water valve due to lower than normal water flow in the future. Total to replace water valve after 30 days is $540.25 if wants to replace preventatively total before 30 days from service call is $390.25. Water tube going to ice maker was frozen and control was locked so water wouldnt dispense. Could hear valve when cycling ice maker but wouldnt let out water due to fill tube being frozen. Steamed out ice maker fill tube and retested ice maker.Before leaving I was showing homeowners that the water is now working but when I tested it it didnt work. Did a bunch of diagnostics tests and couldnt get water until I pulled out refrigerator and found water line was being kinked. Used tape on refrigerator to affix water line to refrigerator so it can be pushed back in without kinking. Everythings performing as designed.
