Pulled unit out and unplugged. Took terminal cover off and found red wire was blown up and no longer connected to block. Installed new terminal block and found broil and convection elements now work but bake isnt, bake element is showing 17ohms. "Took quick pics, found units drip tray full of water, emptied tray and checked for codes, none stored. Took door panel off and ran diagnostic cycle. No codes at end of cycle and didnt see any apparent leaking. The insulation that sit behind the kickplate is discolored like its been wet at one point. Ran unit on sensor cycle and watched the water at the bottom seal between door panels. Found when unit is spinning bottom arm the water is pulsing over the lip and splashing over, this started to occur about 30-40 minutes into the cycle. I found the front leveling feet were all the way up, I did raise the front of the unit about 2 inches to keep the front slightly high than the back to keep the water from sloshing through the door panels. No indication of water (rust spots or mineral deposits) anywhere on metal frame. Tub seams are intact and the drain hose/fill hose are tight and no leaks from motor. Unit checks ok. Had office run cc for $150 Tc and email receipt"

"Installed new control and shifter. Calibrated and tested unit. At this time all operations ok with no leaks detected. Customer keeps hot water turned off to unit because the hot valve, on the wall, leaks. I informed customer that they will need to have hot and cold water on to unit in order for it to work properly. Customer understands and says they will get it fixed. At this time, unit itself if functioning as designed with no leaks detected."

"Found f8e2 (fill valve electrical problem) cleared code and tested in diagnostics. Unit is filling ok. Unit completed test cycle without issues. Found unit is getting proper voltage. Contacted tech support and spoke to Chris. I informed him of the situation and of all past repairs.we called customer and she said she uses the normal and quick wash cycles. Chris recommended customer use pro wash or the heavy wash, when washing tougher items but unit is functioning as designed at this time. Explained loading procedures and cycle selection to customer. 7740506115 AndrewCalled techline like whirlpool told me to spoke with Andrew. He states the pressure system has an issue somewhere. He wants me to go back out and check between inner and outer tubs to make sure nothing is caught that could be clogging drain line. I am also going to take a pressure switch since he said it could be that if the in between of the tubs are clear.
