"Took quick pics, found unit wont start but hs lights and panel is responsive. Put into diagnostics and found F4E4 line voltage control error, F4E3 restricted air flow, and a F2E1 stuck button error. Cleared codes and put unit into diagnostics cycle and it immediately showed F1E1 internal board failure after trying to start diagnostics cycle. Checked power at outlet and on terminal block both check good with 240v and 120v in the proper places. Took front panel off and checked resistance to thermals and heater. All check good. Checked motor relays and belt switch. All check good according to tech sheet. Would need control for repair. Gave cust est of $562.11. Customer is going to buy a new one. Had office run cc for $150 Tc and email receipt"

Unit is on a pedestal and found it leaning a bit to the right and front . Took pedestal drawer out and found none of the feet nuts were locked. I put the unit all the way down and leveled pedestal. Locked the nuts on the pedestal. Took top off and tested resistance to latch. Found latch to be good and 120v to latch. Unit now spins properly and unlocks the door. Cusotmer states After wires were repaired unit started making a squeaking noise when in use. Customer says unit made squeaking noise prior to last service visit and assumed it was from previous failure. Customer states when she called back in to office she told office was making said noise and wanted to talk to tech about it and made no mention of ordering wire harness. Office told me customer wanted to go through with wire harness repair so i ordered part. When calling customer to come out i told customer squeaking noise could be a belt or Gearcase and that would be a additional charge for that repair. At no time did customer mentioned ordering for wanting wire harness repair. Customer doesnt want to spend any more money on unit . Did not go to home or work on unit again . Call is canceled . No further charge

"Took quick pics, found unit showing no codes. Customer states water wouldnt stop running into basket and she pressed and held start button and unit wouldnt shut off so she unplugged it. Let it sit for a bit, plugged it back in, ran a drain and spin, and that completed as normal. She ran a normal cycle after that and everything ran normal and has he has had no issues since then. I ran diagnostic cycle and recalibration cycle. Both completed as normal. Unplugged unit and checked resistance to valves and drain pump, motor and shifter all check ok. Found pressure hose a bit loose, corrected howre so its now tight on port. Called safety team and waited 12 minutes, nobody answered and having to wait longer than that in a customers house is unreasonable."

"Took quick pics, found unit had F0E7 and a F3E5 bulk pump error. Cleared codes and ran diagnostic test. Found unit runs through each function. Ran regular cycle and found even with load and go selected it will not always put out the detergent. Followed tech sheet for bulk pump error. Found pump showing 1.7kohms but should be between 16-19ohms. Found sensor for detergent read out does show on display but every time I check it, even without running the dispenser, the value is showing different. Ran one load where detergent was dispensed and it went from 100% to 50%. Didnt run again and checked read after just spinning the basket and it showed 75%. Would need control and bulk pump/sensor for repair. Gave customer est of $796.73. Had office run cc for $150 TC and email receipt. Will call us back if she wants repaired."
