"Customer had gas company out to check for gas leak. Gas company said unit was producing high amounts of CO. Tested for gas leak with meter no gas leak detected. Ran unit through cycle and tested for CO found when unit is doing nothing CO is at 0, when unit is starting up CO is about 375 ppm and when unit has been running for 5-10 minutes CO is about 55-60 ppm called techline. Techline stated that units CO was in normal threshold under 300, stated it was normal. Called safety, safety stated that if unit has been running for 5-10 minutes and is below 70 ppm CO that unit is within threshold of CO and is working properly. Gave customer SR number and emailed copy of information on work order for her records. Informed customer if she would like to call gas company out again just to be safe she is more than welcome to. Per whirlpool unit is working and within normal ranges of ppm readings. Job complete.SR#7740642547"

"Installed control to unit. Cycled units power and tested functions with drain and spin units lid locks and activates when pressing start button. All functions pass. Customer did mention lid lock wouldnt work previously. Cycled units drain and spin twice lid locked twice when starting both cycles. Informed customer it is possible that unit has lid lock issue thats intermittent but wont know for sure until unit has regular use. Customer acknowledged what was explained said they will keep it as a back up and if they need a lid lock they will give us a call, will also make attention note for lid lock with part number in case it is needed. Customer is paid up from previous visits charge and owes nothing more. Job complete."

Complaint is that front left and front right burners are cycling too quickly. Found both burner switches grinding when turned. Found front left burner cycling quickly and front right appears to be cycling ok at this time. Quoted customer 562.36 to replace Left front switch (WPW10434452) right front switch (WPW10411934) but informed customer that in this situation its possible that there could be other issues resulting in further repairs/charges needed. Customer understood and does not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Collected 150 for service call.
