Ustomwr stated unit doesnt work right and stops before spinning. Checked for error codes. No error codes found. Ran unit through diagnostics cycle and normal wash. Both cycles performed perfectly. Called techline. Techline stated based on info at hand there isnt enough information to warrant a repair. Techline suggested to calibrate machine and let customer run more cycles. And if customer has more issue to call back. SR#7741618530

Sam came out and diagnosed our dishwasher on his first visit and had it all figured out within 20 minutes. Ordered the necessary parts and rescheduled a follow up appointment when the parts arrived. Everything is working like new now he spoke with us about everything along the way and kept us informed and was professional each visit and each call! 10 out of 10!
