Found unit not locking. Checked unit. Found unit beeps when initiating lock. Checked error codes. Found f5e2 error code. Connections secure. Cycled power to unit. Cycled unit through quick diagnostic test. Unit appears to be functioning again. Explained to customer if problem occurs again unit will need new door latch and control. Found units front right burner not heating. Checked burner. Found wire at burner loose. Reseated burner wire/connection. Cycled burner. Burner now heating and cycling properly. All functions pass.

Unit not cleaning dishes. Found unit with f4e3 and not operating pump. Unit needs new pump. Replaced pump from pre ID. Cycled unit. No Leaks during or after cycle. All functions pass.

Found unit not heating on bake. Broil and burners check ok. Checked bake. Bake element bad has 0L resistance reading at connections. Checked control. Control will also not activate relay and send power to element at all. Unit also need new control.
