Found units valve slowly dripping water even though washing machine is off. Inspected unit. Found valve for cold side faulty. Replaced water valve from pre ID. Cycled unit through quick wash cycle. Unit filling correctly and no longer dripping. All functions pass.

Found unit leaking water from cold side. Found crack in water valve. Found units control constantly draining. Will order control and valve for repair.; ordrng 1 W11603810 (Control) and 1 W11210463 (Valve) and 1 L14 (L14)

Found units ice maker not working. Units tray overflowing water. Found icemaker will not rotate just keeps putting water in. Replaced ice maker from pre ID. Cycled icemaker. Filled with water and rotated properly. Leveled unit and doors for customer. All functions pass.

Installed parts to unit. Cycled units dispenser with half gallon of water to get rid of excess air from repair. Waited after dispensing water for 10 minutes. Unit did not drip once. Units air leak appears resolved. All functions pass.

Found unit not operating. Found motor humming. Checked motor. Found belt loose off of drum and motor seized from cloth that slipped through gap between drum and back bulkhead. Removed removed fabric and re installed belt and front panel. Cycled unit for 15 minutes. Unit tumbling and heating. All components activating. All functions pass.
