Replaced sump and motor assembly for not washing in cycle. Picked up part from part store. Tested and everythings performing as designed again. ; ordrng 1 W11613479 (Sump and motor assembly) and 1 Jobcomplete (Job complete)

Replaced right side refrigerator door gasket and formed to cabinet of refrigerator. Let homeowners know to leave doors closed for 3-4 hours so gasket can properly form to cabinet of refrigerator. Ripples should go away within a couple months.

"Removed dishwasher door handle,removed plastic,put handle back on and tightened handle. Everything is as designed again."

Replaced latch on washer that was physically broken wouldnt let latch hold in locked position and calibrated washer. Tested in diagnostics and everythings performing as designed.

"Replaced ACU,fascia heater,fill tube heater,and Rc ice maker. Tested and everything should be performing as designed again."

Used translator to talk to tenant. Dryer has no power on the L1 side but he said the dryer was working and the washer is still working. Doesnt make sense to me that the washer was working because it should be using the l1 side of power thats not getting voltage at time of service visit. Told tenant that we cant touch household electrical and hed have to call an electrician or landlord. Also let him know to have whoever comes out to hook up dryer vent that wasnt hooked up when I was there.

Replaced blower wheel motor and maintenance kit because motor came off of motor grommets. Tested and showed homeowner how to operate appliances as he videod me. Everythings performing as designed again.

Replaced drain pump hose for leaking. Calibrated washer and tested for leaks. Everythings performing as designed again. Recommended getting an extended warranty on any Whirlpool family appliances through Domestic & General Appliance Insurance website to offset costs of future repairs.

"F7e1, error codes for actuator lost position. Put in diagnostics on agitation and motor would only hum. Checked capacitor and it tested bad. Replaced capacitor and re-checked and in agitation entire tub would move. Put unit in actuator test and found actuator not engaged in cam. Removed actuator and put back into cam position slot and tested in diagnostics and in quick wash. Everythings performing as designed again. ; used 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) from stock"

"Replaced control board for f3e1 pressure sensor error covered under special project S153EB. Replaced board,leveled,and calibrated washer. Everythings performing as designed now.
