Matt showed up promptly, and it took him only a minute to see the extent of our problem to our ice maker tray. While he was able to reinstall that same one, because of its weakened condition, he recommended changing out the part. I fully concurred. He had to order the part, came back, and installed within just a few minutes. Very efficient; very knowledgeable. I appreciated his service, his care, and his friendly manner, and would highly recommend him.
