"Took quick pics, found high limit open and the connector to the bottom heater thermostat broken. Installed new, unit now heats and exhaust temps check good. Unit checks ok"

"Took quick pics, unit unplugged and taps turned off. There was a leak that went through the floor and damaged the bathroom below. Turned taps on and inspected back of washer, and underneath found no indication of a leak but there is a giant water spot on the wall where the taps are. Ran diagnostic test and found no water leaking. Asked customer for clarification and she said a plumber had been out and had found the hose connector on the cold line on the tap side was rusted and leaking there. He must have tightened it while he was here because it was dry today. I did replace the black rubber hoses with braided steel hoses and made sure to secure them and ran a normal cycle all the way through the fill and drained it with no water leaking. Unit checks ok reported findings with techline (case#22489347) and because of property damage I reported with the safety team as well 22373657; used 1 8212487RP (Hoses) from stock"

"Took quick pics, found unit showing 2-3 switch mismatch code and will only put in hot water since I replaced the control. Installed new control found no repeat error and unit now dispenses cold water. Unit checks ok"
