"Took quick pics, found unit making a clicking in spin when slowing down and then a screech when reengaging from agitation. Found the cam I just put on was misformed and the teeth werent aligned properly. Installed new cam unit checks ok. ; used 1 W10721967 (Cam) from stock"

"Took quick pics, found unit was very loud and not fully spinning clothes out. Found the agitator will spin independently from basket in spin and it will spin very fast. Found when I got agitator off the unit has a hub and the yolk is very much worn. Need hub and wash plate for full repair. Rescheduled for 6/2 PM; ordrng 1 W10902814 (Wash plate) and 1 W10528947 (Hub) and 1 Q16 (Job code)"

"Took quick pics, found units FF door not opening or closing smoothly, and it makes a pop when opening all the way. Found cam was cracked and piece was missing. Installed new cam and door now opens and closes quietly. Unit checks ok ; used 1 W11397972 (Cam) from stock"

My new Maytag dishwasher was installed incorrectly TWICE and then they sent Kari! She did what was needed to make it run properly. Even better, she explained the problem and what she was doing to correct it. 10 stars!!!
