"This unit does not save error codes. Tested unit and found it in drain and spin cycle when I arrived, when starting the unit. Let cycle complete. Tested all of unit functions and found all ok except water is entering unit slowly. Found water pressure, from house, ok. Found inlet waterline, from valve to tub, pinched. Corrected hose. Tested again and found all operations okay at this time."

Tested and found unit not starting but is getting proper voltage. Tested element and all fuses. Found Thermal fuse (WP3392519) bad. Quoted customer 336.95. Customer wished to proceed with repairs. Collected total. ; ordrng 1 WP3392519 (Fuse) and 1 J13 (Job code)

Inspected and found freezer ice maker leaking and dripping into freezer drawer pans. Found both drawer stops not functioning properly. "Found no saved error codes. Tested unit and found water dripping from gasket on side of door. Inspected gasket and found it intact, but not in seated properly. Corrected gasket. and raised unit in the front a little. Tested unit multiple times and found all operations ok, with no leaks detected. Did not move unit. Recommended customer switch detergents. Customer understands."

"Plugged unit in and found control coming and internal lights coming on, compressor and fans not attempting to come on. Checked and found all wires and connections ok. Access panel is torn. Found debris in start device. "Found cooktop thermal cracking. Installed new cooktop. Tested all burners and elements. At this time, all operations ok. Did not move unit."

"Found door locked with clothes and water inside, when I arrived. Entered diagnostic and found f9e1 (long drain) F8e1 (long fill) F0e2 (oversuds). Cleared error code and entered diagnostic. Found drain pump coming on but water is not draining. Cleared all water and inspected drain pump and found it clear. Inspected and found obstruction clogging drain hole, on tub, before pump. Removed clog and tested. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected."
