"Found squealing noise when unit is running. Inspected and found idler pulley not spinning at all and the other rollers are sticking. Installed new idler pulley (w10837240) and cleaned all other rollers. Tested unit, with customer present, and found all operations ok its no unusual noises detected. Did not move unit."

"Found floor torn in front of both feet, when I arrived. Found f6e4 (float switch open). Tested unit and found it not draining. Removed pump and found debris clogging propeller. Removed and tested multiple times. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected. Did not move unit. Advised customer to ensure large pieces of trash and food do not go into unit. Customer understands."

"Fund frost ball on suction line in freezer evaporator, and found kinked line on evaporator. Cleared frost and corrected line. Installed freezer and fresh food thermistor and control box. Found food frost pattern forming. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected . Did not move unit."

"Installed new ice maker and ice dispenser separator. Tested multiple times and found all operations ok at this time, with no leaks detected. Did not move unit."

Installed new inner door panel and hinges. Tested unit and found door now closing properly. All other operations ok at this time.
