"Found breaker for unit popped. Turned breaker on and found outlet ok. Tested unit in the original outlet and different outlet and found it popping breaker. Inspected and found main harness charred and fused to control. Control (W10854229) main wire harness (W10744908) and console (W10740180) needed. I found console (W10740180) no longer available. Contacted 3rd party warranty and spoke to Rasheeda. She verified that the console is no longer against repairs cannot be completed. She said they will reach out to customer in a few business days. Left unit unplugged and informed customer that it is not safe to supply power, or to use unit. Customer understands. Case number (24412521)"
