"Found user main control not lined up in touchpad mount properly, causing user interface to sit in place crooked. Inspected and found all parts intact. Corrected control needed tested. At this time, all operations ok at this time."

"Took quick pics, found unit had a boot replaced but the drain holes on bottom are misaligned and too much water is standing in boot. Took front apart and realigned boot so drainage holes are now in proper place. Unit checks ok. Customer paid for TC and labor by check of $224.99 emailed receipt"

"Customer said unit would turn on on its own. Checked and found no saved error codes. Found service, regarding control issues. Installed new Control (W11608056). Entered diagnostic and found f2e3 (switch mismatched) error code. When attempting to calibrate unit, unit would not calibrate. Need to reorder control (W11608056); ordrng 1 W11608056 (Control) and 1 J13 (Job code)"

"Found unit unplugged when I arrived. Plugged unit in and found drain pump coming on. Let pumpmtime out and four same results. New control needed. Installed new control. Calibrated and tested unit observing for leaks and proper functions. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected."

"Took quick pics, installed bolt into condenser support first and checked temp. Found unit 48 and 33. Took evap cover off and fan was running and heater was hot. Evap completely silver, and after I took cover off the fan cut off and wouldnt run again. Pulled unit out and checked compressor windings which were in range. Found the unit not sending power to compressor and fans still wont run and 0 amp drawl. Unplugged and replaced main control. Immediately compressor and both compartment fans started running. Sat and let it run for ~10 minutes. And when I opened the freezer door the evap had full frost pattern. Put unit back together and it continued to run normally. Unit checks ok."

Bolt missing from bottom trim in front of right wheel. Found unit entering defrost cycle when I arrived. Heater came on. Entered diagnostic and tested compressor and found frost pattern only forming at bottom of evaporator. After unit exited diagnostic unit went back into defrost. Seems as though u it may be going into defrost prematurely as well as sealed system issues.
