Frank was great. Unfortunately, the brand new ice maker was not great. However, Frank worked with the manufacturer to look for solutions and when that didn’t work he worked with the manufacturer to ensure we will receive a new replacement for the defective unit. Good communicator and helped make a frustrating repair situation better. Thanks
