Frank was great and I am very pleased with his service, the only issue I have is it took 3 weeks to get the parts and complete the repair. Also when texting the office after two weeks to ask about it the response was we have no ETA on the parts and we are not given ETA on parts. I would never tell a customer that, but regarding Frank he was a pleasure to work with.
