Found the solenoids not closing fully and thermistor on valve is faulty. Gave cust est of $606.24. Customer declined repair. Had office run cc for $150 and email receipt"

"Took quick pics, found unit showing a bunch of codes and wont spin sometimes. Found the unit wont fill on hot settings. Found the valve will barely trickle in on cold. Installed new valve. Found cold works now but not hot. Found no water coming from hot water line. Let customer know. Ran unit with comforter on rinse and spin and it didnt repeat module over temp code. I did advise customer on heavier loads with deep fill the motor might run the floor. Ran diagnostic cycle. Unit checks ok ; used 1 W11595805 (Valve) from stock"
