"Took quick pics found unit making a very loud, thumping noise like tennis shoes are in it when its empty. Popped top off and took screws out of front panel and found clips that the screws go into to keep front panel on the sides are missing and the front panel was very loose and about to fall off if not for the clips that keep the top on. Took panel off and drum out. Found debris from wheels all over bottom and sides and there is lint wrapped around them. Cleared all debris and lint and replaced dryer kit with wheels belt and idler. Put back together and found the missing clips and attached them to panel so screws can be tightened properly. Started unit and its still making a thumping but not as bad. Will need drum due to I think its been damaged from too much movement when spinning. ; ordrng 1 W10899578 (Drum) and 1 L14 (Job code)"

"Took quick pics, oven is still shutting off. Customer had electrician out and he said outlet isnt the problem. I put new cord on store and plugged in and the plug fell out of outlet because the outlet is worn out and the prongs are not tight enough to hold the cord. I showed the customer the cord falling out of the wall. Plugged unit back in and shoved the stove as far back as I could to keep the cord from moving too much. Theres nothing else I can do without the outlet being replaced. Unit checks ok ; used 1 PT400 (4 prong straight range cord) from stock"
