"Took quick pics, found the ff floor covered in slush and water and its frozen in evap pan causing unit to drip water from drawers outside the unit. Found the drain extension had debris in it causing units drain from ff to back up into floor. Cleared debris from drain extension. Also steamed out all the ice from drip tray and floor of the unit. Cleared all water and ice. Unit now draining. Found the pan under ff evap was not seated onto drain hole in floor properly and the rubber was folded over a bit. Took tower and evap housing off and corrected rubber piece and made sure the drain tray port was seated inside the rubber opening. Replaced all parts and panels. Unit checks ok. Had office run cc for $274.99 for Tc and labor and email receipt"

"Took quick pics, found unit seal cut in half and falling out. Installed new seal. Checked temp and found unit got to 350 preheat and it stopped at 385 and went back down to 293 took 6 temps found an average of 289 at 250. Found temp sensor out of range. Installed new sesnor. Ran oven at 350 again and found the cycles are now between 330 and 385 and averages 348 unit checks ok"
