Temperatures set at 39 and temperatures in refrigerator section was showing about 43 degrees indicating thermistor was bad. Replaced thermistor with truck stock part and re tested in diagnostics and found thermistor reading at 66 degrees. Used thermal imager to test temperature around housing where thermistor is located at and it was 66 degrees. Let homeowner know that it should take up to 24 hours for refrigerator to settle back to normal temperatures. Recommended getting an extended warranty on any Whirlpool family appliances through Domestic & General Appliance Insurance website to offset costs of future repairs.; ordrng 1 W11690896 (Thermistor (job complete))
