"Took quick pics, found unit panel wouldnt let you use certain buttons. And wouldnt start cycle. Unplugged and reset unit. Panel now work and found nuts on pedestal not locked. Leveled and locked pedestal. Thumping sound is now gone. Gave customer est for ui panel of $549.46 customer declined repair at this time since panel is working. Unit checks ok hadoffice run cc for $150 and email receipt"
