"Installed new parts. When disassembled cabinet is bent underneath really bad , with new parts installed unit rubs like crazy and shuts off. Parts are hard to line up dude to unit damage. Called tech line and spoke with Adrian. Adrian states product must be so,d in working order and doesnt cover cabinet damage. Customer to return unit to discount dealer. Dealer is known to sell bad product . Warranty will not cover repair per tech line. Case number is 23939843"

Checked error codes and dishwasher was giving false errors for electrical issue with drain pump and flood error. Drain pumps works good and theres no evidence of water in flood pan. Found freezer evaporator completely frozen over. I put unit in test 6 and heater came on and it's pulling 3.2 amps. I thawed out the evaporator and started unit back into run mode and evaporator fan motor just populated it never ran. Turned off power to the unit. Replaced defrost harness which includes the evaporator fan motor. Powered unit back on. There is a possibility of a control problem. Control may not be putting unit into defrost. Customer will let us know if problem reoccurs.
