"Took quick pics, found unit running in a safety loop. Found control has 1-1 internal board error and 3-1 pressure sensor error. Cleared codes and as soon as I turned knob it started safety loop again. When that finished I checked pressure hose for kinks or blockages and it is open and clear. I put into diagnostic cycle and it ran that and finished, immediately when it was done got stuck back into safety loop And repeats the 1-1 and 3-1 codes. Installed control unit checks ok."

"Took quick pics, found unit showing 8-1 and 7-6 ran through diagnostics and found the fill starts out good then goes down significantly. Found when it goes to agitate it just hums, replaced capacitor and found unit now spins and agitates but the fill is still too slow. Took hose off and found same thing, when I turn the tap on and have the hose off the machine, it starts out good then gets slower. Showed customer water fill and advised they change house filters and if that doesnt correct flow then they would need a plumber to check out why the pressure is so low"
