"Took quick pics, found unit wobbling when spinning, found the feet were worn unevenly in places and two of them were cracked causing unit to rock during spin cycle. Also found suspension weaker from not having all 4 cups. Also started making a squealing noise during the ramp up of the spin cycle Need parts for repair. ; ordrng 4 WPW10687506 (Feet)s and 1 W11130362 (Suspension) and 1 N15 (Job code) and 1 W11454734 (Gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (Cam)"

"Took quick pics, found unit not agaitating and only moves basket. Found unit had 7-4 basket reengagment fault. Tipped unit back and took shifter down and found shifter arm not moving but motor is. Found arm loose on motor and no longer engaging. Gave cust est of $399.94. Customer declined repair and is going to fix it himself. Had office run cc for $150 TC and email receipt"
