This is easily the worst company I have ever worked with. It took them 5-6 attempts and over 2 months to FINALLY get the oven door replaced. You all have a lot you need to fix, worst customer service I have ever had. Cecilia was very rude over the phone and refused to connect me with upper management after the 4th failed attempt. I hope I never have to work with ASI again, complete and unnecessary headache.
