Found unit with same issue. Unit not dropping ice. Checked unit. Units test button on icemaker working. Unit rotates and fills with water with test button. Called techline. Techline stated that based on whats been done and how unit is functioning that new user interface that was installed is most likely bad and is a logic issue. Techline recommended to re order user interface. Informed customer. Customer wants unit exchanged. Informed customer that if they want unit exchanged it would be up to their warranty company they use. Customer acknowledges and says they will be calling to see if they can do anything.
