"Calibrated washer then put in drain and spin. Gave instructions on only having jeans and towels in their own load and other clothing in a different load. Only towels by themselves,jeans by themselves,and everything else. Also if tub starts banging on cabinet case to pause the cycle and redistribute clothes rather than waiting for the washer to try and balance which can take up to three hours. Checked level,tightened hub nut,and cleaned fabric softener dispenser. Also recommended vinegar with the clean washer cycle with no clothing or Affresh washing machine cleaner ran with clean washer cycle. Everythings performing as designed."

"Found refrigerator warm inside. Compressor and all fans are on. Found unit in a 20 inch vacuum indicating a leak. Pressurized system with nitrogen and checked Al tubing and fittings in the machine compartment. Also accessed the evaporator and leak checked it. There are no leaks from any of the tubing, fittings or coils. Advised customer that the pressure is holding but there has to be a very slow leak most likely in the tubing that is in the liner and not accessable making this unit non repairable. Released the nitrogen, pulled a vacuum and recharged the system so that hopefully will give customer some cooling while they located a replacement refrigerator."

Larry has done all that he could do and all that is allowed him to do. He has been great, the problem is the REFRIGERATOR, HAS smell even after the diffuser was put in, and we have stated over and over and over to everyone how this fridge has been nothing but trouble from purchase and NOT EVEN a year older. The smell is over-bearing to all our quest and us! WE ARE NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND want another refridgerator!
