Customer is having ice block up the ice chute. Customer said crushed ice does get used frequently. Cute is not blocked today. Flapper is closed fully. Mechanical flapper. Ice container is half way full of ice. I dispensed cubed ice with no issue. Freezer is at 3 degrees.fresh food section is at 40. Ice maker cycled with no issue on its own. Called tech line and spoke to Andrew. After testing all functions pass. Unit is working as designed. The issue is a customer use issue.Tech line said for customer to run a glass of cubed after running crushed.Case number 23938944

The tech was nice, hence the 2 stars but the scheduling and waiting for someone with no communication was disappointing. I waited until the end of my appointment time to hear from someone and when he finally got there with 15 minutes remaining only to tell me it couldn’t be fixed and that I would get a replacement. The repair plan provider did not agree and just simply closed my plan. So it didn’t get fixed and I have to buy a new refrigerator. Was not a very good experience.
