Frank was very polite, informative and knowledgeable about the product. He even went the extra mile by not closing out the ticket until I washed a couple more loads of laundry to make sure it was fixed. Though I ended up having more trouble with it, the next day, HomeDepot is sending a new washer. Frank was even willing to order a new mother board. All of this was due to the delivery guys not testing it before hand and turning the cold water on. Hopefully we won’t have any more issues…but if we do, I would prefer Frank to be our guy. Thank you
