Frank was very professional and knew his stuff. He called and offered to come a day early as he was already nearby. He diagnosed my problem and submitted his report to my warranty provider the same day. He also told me what to expect next. I received an email from my warranty company the same day telling me they were going to send mea gift card to Lowe’s for a new dishwasher.
I am very pleased with the service I received and the speed with which my issue was resolved.
