"Unit unplugged when I arrived. Plugged unit in and found drain pump coming on. Let pump time out and found same results. Inspected and found pressure hose kinked. Corrected hose and found same results. Installed new control (w11603811) according to service pointer. Calibrated and tested unit. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected."

"Dund interior lights in when I arrived but display is blank. When user interface buttons are pushed, all lights on ui and display illuminate until button is released. Cycled power to unit and attempted to put unit into test mode, but it would not respond. Contacted tech support and spoke to Chris. We checked continuity of wire harness and found it ok. New Main control (WPW10317076) needed. ; ordrng 1 WPW10317076 (Main control) and 1 L14 (Job code)"

"Installed new circulation pump. Tested unit and found it now filling and water level sensor is responding properly. All other functions ok at this time , with no leaks detected. Did not move unit. Collected 135.63."

"Tested and found unit not filling, but all other functions ok. Unit is getting water and proper voltage. Tested and found inlet valve not getting voltage and display is reading that water reservoir is full, when it has not water at all. New Circulation pump (W11542867) needed. Informed customer that due to the nature of issue, further repairs may be needed, resulting in further charges. Customer understands and will. Quoted customer 571.27. Customer did not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Collected 150 for service call."

"Found all fans running. Compressor coming on. Observed frost pattern on freezer evaporator and found it incomplete, indicating that sealed system repairs are needed. Spoke with MR and he said that we do not do sealed system repairs for this unit/warranty. Informed customer and Chris at PPP."

Found Fae2 (vent motor problem). Tested unit and found heater working ok. All other functions ok. New Vent (W11649995) and deflector (W11545290) needed. ; ordrng 1 W11649995 (Vent) and 1 W11545290 (Deflector) and 1 J13 (Job code)

"Installed new damper. Tested and found all operations ok at this time, with no leaks detected. Did not move unit."

Tested all fans and compressor and found them ok. Tested damper and found it running loudly. New Damper (WPW10594329) needed.; ordrng 1 WPW10594329 (Damper) and 1 J13 (Job code)

"Found no saved error codes. Tested unit in diagnostics and unit completed without issues. Tested unit with a load of clothes and could hear a rubbing noise. Inspected and found cam/pulley rubbing on pulley cover. Adjusted cover and tested gain with load. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected."

"Customer had ceiling break above unit, due to storm. Unit got rained on. Unit has been plugged in and working properly. Inspected controls and compressor compartment. Found all parts working properly with no significant water damage. Can find no issues with unit at this time. Unit functioning as designed with no leaks detected. Did not move unit. Collected 80 for service call."
