"Tested all fans and dampers and found no unusual noises. Tested ice maker and all other moving parts and found no issues. I did find fresh food set to 33. It is possible that ice accumulated around fresh food evaporator fan and thaws itself out. I set unit to recommended temps. At this time, all operations ok. Recommended customer try to get a recording of issue, if it happens again. Customer understands. Did not move unit, no leaks detected."

"Found f8e1 (long fill) F0e5 (off balance load). Tested unit in diagnostic cycle and found unit filling ok. Unit completed cycle without issues. Inspected and found pressure hose kinked. Unkinked and secured hose. Ensured hose was clear. Calibrated and tested unit. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected."

"Unit unplugged when I arrived. Plugged unit in and found was light blinking. Pushed start and found unit attempting to start cycle. Lid locked and unlocked multiple times but never started. Canceled cycle and entered diagnostic. Found no saved error codes. Unit completed cycle without issues. Customer said unit will stop like that sometimes and never started again. Installed main control (w11608056) and lid lock (w11307244). Calibrated and tested unit. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected."

Found unit not heating. Checked and found heater and thermostats ok. Found unit not getting 240v. Moved plug around in outlet and found proper voltage when holding the plug just right. Recommended customer have professional electrician resolve outlet issue. Customer understands. Left unit unplugged. Collected 150 for service call.

"Found unit unplugged when I arrived. Plugged unit in and found buttons not responding. Was able to enter diagnostic and Found f6e1 (communication error). Contacted tech support. We found good airflow but inspected vent line and found it venting into the attic, possibly causing moisture to accumulate in unit and closet, damaging controls. Informed customer that unit needs to be vented to the outside. Customer understands and will resolve vent issues. Console (W11583883)and control (w11733951) needed.
