Customer stated unit was leaking. Checked unit. Unit leaking from front. Found units doors misaligned and unit not level. Adjusted feet and door of unit. Unit now level and no longer leaking. Found units doors misaligned not draining as well. Found drain pump not operating. Units drain pump connection not fully seated. Fully seated connection and cycled unit. Unit now draining. Unit performed diagnostic cycle perfectly. No leaks anywhere. All functions pass.

Found unit draining constantly. Checked units error codes. Unit has f1e1 and f3e1 error codes. Pressure hose checks ok. Unit has faulty board. Replaced control board. Calibrated unit and ran diagnostic test cycle. Both cycles performed perfect. Unit no longer draining constantly. All functions pass.

"Customer had sent in photos where he had pulled dryer out and the venting was disconnected and there is a tear in the floor. Previous tech never moved dryer. I arrived. Put scuff shield down and pulled washer out to access the venting. Removed old venting completely. Installed new UL approved dryer venting with aluminum tape and clamps. Tested operation and all functions pass. Obviously there is no telling when the floor was damaged, maybe during install or when customer moved the unit. Being that I and the previous tech never moved dryer we aren't responsible."

Found unit not drying efficiently. Found units found obstruction at blower wheel and an air bypass repaired air bypass. Unit now drying. Unit heating and tumbling. All functions pass.

Found unit not making ice. Checked unit found ice buildup in fill tube for ice maker. Removed excess ice and wrapped insulating tape around fill tube. Cycled icemaker. Ice maker rotated and filled with water. All functions pass.

Customer provided dirty silverware and plates after wash cycle. Unit appears to not be washing efficiently. Replaced pump and motor from pre ID. Cycled unit. Unit washing and heating. No leaks anywhere. All functions pass.

Installed gaskets and brackets to unit. Door now sealing correctly and staying secure. All functions pass.

"Found unit with multiple issues. Found bottom of door glass popping out of position from brackets, seals of glass itself peeling away and door seal connected to unit falling apart. Unit needs new gaskets and brackets. Will order for repair.; ordrng 2 W10883315 (Brackets)s and 2 W11104748 (Seal)s and 1 L14 (L14)"

Customer stated unit not washing dishes well. Checked unit. Unit has no error codes. Customer stated pump was recently replaced by another servicer. Pump running. Heating element running and pulling 7.8 amps. Units connections secure. Leveled feet of unit. Cleaned out wash arms. Recommended customer clean dishwasher with cleaning tablet and then try unit again. Unit checks ok.

Found unit pulling 35 amps and no frost pattern. No oil on any joints in mechanical compartment. Freezer is 60 degrees inside and customer has lost an entire freezer full of food. Unit will need sealed system replaced.
