Found unit has buildup of frost in freezer. Found door of freezer will not close on left side. Unit needs new rail on left side. Will order rail and receiving bracket for repair.; ordrng 1 WPW10284682 (Bracket) and 1 WPW10284683 (Bracket) and 1 W11658402 (Sliders) and 1 L14 (L14)

Installed new terminal block and power cord for customer. Tested unit. Unit now heating and tumbling. All functions pass.

Installed parts. Cycled unit through 1 minute of heating a cup of water. Unit heating. turntable working when door is opened and closed. Unit heating. All functions pass.

Found unit leaking gas. Found when gas is turned on unit starts hissing at regulator. Inspected regulator cant find anything loose at regulator. When looking at regulator itself found regulator splitting and separating. No damage to anything else around regulator. Unit has bad regulator and needs new one. Called safety. Informed safety of what was going on. Safety said to continue with repair of regulator. Safety stated unit Purchased July 23 2025 and is in manufactures warranty will order regulator. ; ordrng 1 W11590292 (Regulator) and 1 J13 (J13)

Found unit leaking at front of door. Inspected door and gasket. All appear ok. See nothing wrong with components at time of diagnosis. Did find that units front feet were too low causing water to come out of front of machine. Raised front feet and leveled unit. Unit no longer dumping water out of front of unit since legs are now level. All functions pass.
