Water flow is good . Recirculating pump recirculating. Fan is activated. Emptied reservoir and watched full frost pattern on pkate indicating food sealed system components. Heavy hair build up on condenser . Removed hair. Started cycle. Advised customer per tech sheet unit will take about 2.5 -3 days to fill bin from empty. Unit check is ok

Found unit has water condensation buildup across top of gasket of freezer. Unit will need foam strips to push gasket out and creat better seal for freezer. Will order foam strips for repair. Will return with strips.; ordrng 1 Foamstripsforfreezer (Foam strips for freezer) and 1 J13 (J13)

Found unit making tapping noise when in use. Found units fan making noise in back of machine. Adjusted fan. Unit no longer making tapping noise. All functions pass.

Found unit making grinding noise in spin. Checked underneath unit. Found mounting screw for stator rotor loose. Cleaned screw applied blue loctite to screw. Reinstalled and secured screw. Cycled unit through diagnostics quick test cycle. Unit performed all actions perfectly. All components working. Unit no longer making grinding noise when in spin. All functions pass.

"Customer states unit gets off balance when in use. Customer states even with very few items unit gets off balance. Unit has no stored faults. Unit passes automatic test mode and quick wash cycle. Suspension is firm. Unit is planted. All holes are punched through wash basket , called tech line and spoke with joe .joe went through all mete values in motor. Motor checks ok.
