"Found F7e5 (motor unable to reach target rpm) f7e1 (basket speed sensor fault). Inspected unit and found cam not installed properly. Corrected and tested. Found unit completing but lock would not unlock. Also can feel lid latch sticking, when closing lid. Also found cam and belt squeaking. Contacted tech support and spoke to Travis. I informed him of findings and he recommended replacing the shifter (W11481722) and agreed with replacing lid Latch (W11307244). cam (W10721967) and belt (W11239857) also needed. Found water not draining properly l inspected and found stand pipe always has water in it, around drain line. Adjusted drain hose to where the end is not sitting in the water and tested again. Found unit functioning as designed. I informed customer that they would need to resolve issue in stand pipe, to ensure continued functioning of the machine. Customer understood."

Part ordered 6/6/23. $500+. Wrong part brought. Part reordered. When correct part brought 2 1/2 months later it did not fix the problem. Additional part ordered. $600+. The fault is not Brian’s and we understand supply problems. Customer representatives sympathetic and tried to move things along. Initial technician misdiagnosed the problem. 2 1/2 months, $1200, and still no oven.
