Found units ice maker not wanting to rotate and make ice. Removed ice maker from unit. Found heating element to ice maker burner out. Units heating element not turning on and not able to rotate ice out of ice maker. Removed ice manually and ice maker started to rotate again. Oh it will need new ice maker. Gave customer estimate of 553.00 customer stated that he will need to think about repair. Collected trip charge of 80.00 leaving remaining cost of repair if customer continues at 473.00 if customer continues with repair customer will need 1 ice maker WPW10300024. Job complete.

"Found unit not wanting to shift into agitation. Cycled unit through diagnostics. Found unit with f7e1 error code for tachometer. Also found unit when cold side is turned on unit will not stop dripping water. Replaced actuator/shifter and valve from stock. Cycled unit through diagnostics cycle and quick wash. Unit now shifting and progressing cycle. Unit no longer dripping with water on. All components working. All functions pass.; used 1 W11481722 (Actuator), and 1 W11513255 (Valve) from stock"

Found unit making rubbing noise at bearings of gearcase. Found screw underneath that holds rotor stator coming loose as well most likely from gearcase oil that is leaking down screw and causing it to loosen. Gave customer estimate for parts of 712.36 customer declined estimate. Customer stated unit still works so they will continue to use it until noise is unbearable and buy a new one. Collected trip charge of 150.00. Job complete.

Found unit with multiple issues. Found that units harness came loose and split at capacitor connection causing intermittent connection to capacitor to run motor. Found unit making screeching grinding noise from either gearcase or Splutch. Customer stated unit will not fill on some cycles. Unit possibly has control problem not wanting to fill with water.
