Found unit not filling on cold side. Inspected unit. Units cold side valve is activating but not dispensing water. Checked valve. Explained units valve on cold side is filled with sediment and needs to have water filtered at house since house is on well water. Removed sediment and cleaned filter. Cycled unit. Unit now filling with cold water. All functions pass.

Customer said unit cold but does not get cold enough and then warms up. Then cold and warms up again.Freezer temperature is 25 and fresh food section is 46. Put unit in diagnostics. Defrost heater pulling 146 watts at 1.2 amps. Equilized pressure is 28. Run amperage is .81 at 67 watts run pressure -10 and 125. Called tech line and spoke to Derek.
