"Took quick pics, found ice not dispensing properly and would eventually come out all at one. Found auger motor working properly and so do door switches. Removed ice bucket and pressed ice paddle. Door doesnt open. Put unit into diagnostics and ran through door switch test, read out is proper. Ran door paddle switch test and found unit recognizes paddles being depressed and corespondent accurately. Ran door stepper motor test and found the digital display showing door should be opening pause for 10 seconds then closing but door never moves. Gave cust est for door stepper motor of $493.13 cust agreed and paid half by cc office ran of $246.56 will owe $246.57 on completion. Emailed receipt ; ordrng 1 WPW10184813 (Door stepper) and 1 N15 (Job code)"

This is my third encounter with Kari over the past couple months. I have had several technicians servicing my appliances the last year and not one can meet the excellent services and honesty that Kari provides to her customers. She is very punctual with her appointments. Kari is extremely knowledgeable and relates to me in layman’s terms that I can understand. She is also very personable. She makes the customer comfortable in asking questions relating to the appliance. Kari brings all the necessary tools and cleans up after the service call. I really appreciate Kari.
