Found unit making loud vibrating noise from evaporator fan. Nothing obstructing fan but causing a lot of noise. Replaced evaporator fan motor and adjusted housing and panels to fan motor/evaporator. Cycled unit. Unit quieter and not making vibrations and loud noise like before. Unit checks ok.
