Customer stated unit intermittently works when using soak option. Customer stated sometimes unit will soak and sometimes it will not. Cycled unit through diagnostics. Found no error codes. Cycled through test cycle. Cycle performed all actions with no issues. Cycled unit through soak. Unit filled with water and sat for 25 minutes and then drained and went to done. Called techline. Techline stated that soak cycle is its own independent cycle and will not agitate or spin in terms of actually washing and removing the water from th clothes it is purely for soaking and the customer will need to run a separate cycle for washing and wringing clothes out. Found unit not wanting to start. Found units latch cracked not allowing unit to lock lid. Replaced latch from pre ID. Cycled unit through quick wash cycle. Unit progressed cycle and locked lid properly. All components working. All functions pass.

Found unit constantly draining. Unit has f3e1 error code. Unit has faulty control. Replaced control per special project S153EB. Cycled unit through calibration and diagnostic test cycle. All components working. Unit no longer draining constantly. All functions pass.

Found units lid in the back left where hinge attaches to unit fully cracked and will not allow proper opening and closing of lid. Unit will need new lid and hinges.
