Found unit shaking violently. Checked unit. Found suspension rods very weak when pressing down on basket. Rods not supporting basket and stabilizing. Unit could possibly have bad inner basket as well to make suspension rods weaken quickly. Will order rods and basket for repair.; ordrng 1 W11782103 (Suspension) and 1 W11782065 (Basket) and 1 L14 (L14)

Found unit draining constantly. Checked units error codes. Unit has f1e1 and f3e1 error codes. Pressure hose checks ok. Unit has faulty board. Replaced control board . Calibrated unit and ran diagnostic test cycle. Both cycles performed perfect. Unit no longer draining constantly. All functions pass.

Installed control to unit. Calibrated. And cycled through quick test cycle. Unit performed all functions. Unit progressing cycle and not draining constantly. Unit checks ok.

"Found unit not washing dishes every time and blacking out also found unit not cleaning dishes well. Inspected unit. Unit fills with water, unit heats and drains. Unit not rotating spray arms all the time. Units recirculating pump appears to be weakening and not circulating efficiently. Unit also has crushed keypad for start button. Units start button being crushed causing it to get stuck and randomly cancel cycle or not start cycle. Unit needs new keypad and fascia. Gave customer estimate of 1806.50 customer declined said they will go buy a new one. Collected trip charge of 150.00. Job complete."

Upon arrival to unit was missing entire door to oven. Missing parts are not covered under warranty per whirlpool policy. could not get in contact with customer to explain that missing parts are not covered. If customer would like to proceed with repair unit will need to have original door located to be worked on and repaired or given an estimate to replace all missing components.
