"Found fresh food around 36 and freezer around 2 when I arrived. Unit in defrost when I arrived. Checked and found all fans working. Dampers ok. All gaskets sealing properly. All thermistors passing, in diagnostic. At this time all operations are ok, unit I functioning as designed. Set unit to 8 hour defrost timer. Did not move unit, no leaks detected."

"Customer concerned about burner cycling off and on too frequently. Tested and observed unit and flame. Unit is cycling normally and maintaining proper temps. Informed customer that this is normal operations for this unit. Customer understands. At this time, all operations ok with no gas leaks detected. Did not move unit."

Installed new main control and ui control. Started unit through an auto cycle. Unit did not fill. Checked and found harness has broken wires. Will re order harness.; ordrng 1 W11726283 (Harness) and 1 J13jobcode (J13 job code)

"Installed new wire harness. Found holes in drain line. Installed F9e2 (drain motor electrical problem) Drain hose (W11414944). When testing unit, I found drain pump not coming on. Checked and found no voltage coming from main control. New Control (W11660283) and ui (W11659652) needed. ; ordrng 1 W11660283 (Control) and 1 W11659652 (Ui) and 1 J13 (Job code), used 1 W11414944 (Drain hose TS) from stock"

Found Fae4 (diverted cannot find position) F8e2 (fill valve problem) Fae2 (vent motor problem). Found unit not filling snd giving f8e2 error code. Inspected and found multiple wires broken. Need to install wire harness (W11726283); ordrng 1 W11726283 (Harness) and 1 Q16 (Job code)
