Replaced switch bank for intermittent switches taking out fuse. Tested operations and everythings performing as designed again.

Asked homeowner when microwave went out and he said after cycle was complete they opened door and thats when it went dead. Ordering switch bank that comes with motor and will test operations when parts are on. Temperature in refrigerator is at 18 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit freezing water in refrigerator. Suspect air damper is either stuck open and thermistor is reading bad. Also ordering shims for left side door and having homeowner order composite shims for leveling when parts come in. Turned off water because its frozen from temperature issues getting too cold. Replaced 20 amp fuse after removing microwave and testing switches and magnetron. Tested with cup of water for one minute and everythings performing as designed. Let homeowners know to cancel time before opening door to keep fuse from going bad in the future. Found door not aligning. Ie sagging adjusted door and got better alinement unit ck ok

Found slider worn installed new slider ran diagnostics and a test cycled to ck operation unit ck ok; used 1 W10734521 (Slider) from stock

"Replaced actuator,lower harness,and ACU for washer not going into calibration. Calibrated washer and tested in quick wash cycle. Dryer was pulled out when I arrived. Found problem with terminal block. Replaced terminal block. Checked operation. All functions pass. Did not move dryer.

Called 8645017277 Alicia from DR HORTON to let me in and replace parts on dryer. Replaced ACU and sensor and tested operations and everythings performing as designed again.

Replaced maintenance kit because idler pulley had belt residue on it and rollers did also. After replacing maintenance kit there was still a vibration noise coming from motor. Ordering motor and blower wheel. Office will schedule return visit when parts arrive. Looked at neighbors venting on roof and it looks like theres chicken wire on outlet of vent. Not 100% sure but recommended having homeowners call builder to check and make sure theres no chicken wire on outlet because itll cause long dry cycles after the 1 to 1.5 years mark from date of move in. Blocked vent can also cause rollers to heat up and wear away rubber on drum rollers and cause thermal fuse to trip.
