"Took quick pics, found unit shoiwng 9-1 long drain, ran through diagnostics cycle and found unit completed fine. Ran a normal cycle and went it went to switch from wash to rinse it just sits. But the control is sending 120v to drain pump. Found broken wire to pump. Installed new. Ran normal cycle and found unit now drains properly"

"Took quick pics, found unit running in a safety loop. Found control has 1-1 internal board error and 3-1 pressure sensor error. Cleared codes and as soon as I turned knob it started safety loop again. When that finished I checked pressure hose for kinks or blockages and it is open and clear. I put into diagnostic cycle and it ran that and finished, immediately when it was done got stuck back into safety loop And repeats the 1-1 and 3-1 codes. Installed control unit checks ok"

It turns out that the power reset/defrost worked and so far Freezer is working perfectly!
