"Took quick pics, found customer had turned unit off due to hood light bulb exploded. Customer noticed light was no longer coming on and found it loose in the socket. He made sure it was tight in socket and worked again. The next day it stopped working and was loose again, when he went to tighten it back up the glass exploded and the whole microwave went dark, lost display and wouldnt come back on at all. Found there to be a blown transistor on control and the filter fuse is open. Called techline, spoke with Andrew (case# 21826910) sent him pictures of board and bulb. He transferred me to safety and I spoke with Bianca, she wants the customer to call safety for next steps and clarification since techline made some incorrect notations."

Tim @techline 21784245Installed parts and followed service pointer W11807182 and found the right door still not closing fully and doors are still misaligned. Called techline spoke with Tim I filled him in on previous history and he had me send pictures of doors and the metal in front of hinge receivers. He thinks since the metal is damaged where the receivers are its causing door not to close properly and they wont sit straight. He advised customer call customer service for final resolution
