"Took quick pics, found unit between 19-24 degrees. Customer has had food thawing out. Took evap cover off and found the coils covered in ice/frost. Took resistance of defrost thermistor. Found it to be at 51kohms which means it should be about 50 degrees in cabinet. Ran unit through diagnostics and found 120v to heater and 33ohms on heater which checks good. Compressor and fans are also working properly. Cleared all ice from evap. Unit had defrost issue and thermistor is out of range. Gave cust est of $747.39 for thermistor and control. Office ran cc for $150 TC and emailed receipt"
