"Took quick pics, found customer had the whole house leaking and plumber advised the dishwasher get checked out too. Took kickplate off and found floor underneath dry. Wiped a paper towel over incoming water valve and hoses. No water found. Did same thing to drain lines and found no water. Ran unit on normal cycle and let it fill, no leaks detected from anywhere. Let unit run a few minutes to check motor seal, no leaks detected. Drained unit and checked drain lines under unit and to disposal. No leaks detected. Ran cycle again and found no leaks the second time. Unit is in good working order. Had office run cc for $80 second appliance charge and email receipt"

"Took quick pics, customer had water cut off to unit because it had leaked water all over the place. Took kickplate off and took valve housing down. Inspected valve for cracks or broken lines/connections. None detected. Had customer turn water on and found it leaked a lot in a small amount of time. Cleaned water up and unscrewed filter housing and had customer turn water on again. Found water spraying out of back seam of housing. Since unit is a built in and the lines run perpendicular to the housing I will need two people to pull it out for replacement. Gave cust est of $785.86 customer agreed. Had office run cc in full and email receipt ; ordrng 1 NeedMAorJR (Need supervisor) and 1 S17 (Job code) and 1 WPW10121140 (Filter housing)"

"Took quick pics, found unit running in a safety loop. Found control has 1-1 internal board error and 3-1 pressure sensor error. Cleared codes and as soon as I turned knob it started safety loop again. When that finished I checked pressure hose for kinks or blockages and it is open and clear. I put into diagnostic cycle and it ran that and finished, immediately when it was done got stuck back into safety loop And repeats the 1-1 and 3-1 codes. Installed control unit checks ok."
