Customer states unit gets very hot on front of unit. Customer states previous whirlpool model was much cooler. Unit has no stroed faults. Door gasket and door seated correctly . Preheated unit to 450. Laser temp reader reads 130 degrees. Advised customer unit is gas and radiates heat. Unit is 90 degrees less than manufacturers allows per tech line . This is normal function and unit works as designed.
