"Took quick pics, found unit running in a safety loop. Found control has 1-1 internal board error and 3-1 pressure sensor error. Cleared codes and as soon as I turned knob it started safety loop again. When that finished I checked pressure hose for kinks or blockages and it is open and clear. I put into diagnostic cycle and it ran that and finished, immediately when it was done got stuck back into safety loop And repeats the 1-1 and 3-1 codes. Installed control unit checks ok."

"Took quick pics, found unit had stopped and everything thawed in both compartments. Plugged unit in and took back kickplate and evap cover off. Let unit run about 10 minutes. Found evap creating a good frost pattern and the condenser lines getting hot. Found compressor amp drawl 1.3 which is in range. Also found compressor windings checking ok. Was looking at the evaporator further and found the defrost heater was melting into the fins of the evap grounding it out when in a defrost causing board to shut down. Customer also stated that compressor would click and buzz and stop even after unplugging unit, sealed system is covered 5year parts and labor. The heater and control is not. Gave cust est for heater and control of $694.20. Had office run cc for $150 TC emailed receipt. if customer wants to proceed with repair. Would owe $544.20 on completion"

Kari was absolutely fantastic! She asked me what the complaint was and she tested it and agreed with my complaint. She disassembled my dryer she found 3 issues a motor problem a fan problem and the factory dropped screws in the bottom and failed to pick them up. This also caused noise vibration. Kari was very respectful of my home kept everything clean. Kari has an attitude that in my opinion was lost among younger folks. Kari is a great asset to your company!
