"Found squealing noise when unit is running. Inspected and found idler pulley not spinning at all and the other rollers are sticking. Installed new idler pulley (w10837240) and cleaned all other rollers. Tested unit, with customer present, and found all operations ok its no unusual noises detected. Did not move unit."

"Took quick pics, found unit showing f8e1 and f9e1. Found unit slowly filling due to well sediment in valve screen that is caked up in valve. Also found chopper had fallen apart and over heated motor. Also found ui quick, auto and hi temp buttons not responsive. Need parts for repair. ; ordrng 1 W11460961 (Ui) and 1 W11497943 (Drain) and 1 W11434044 (Valve) and 1 N15 (Job code)"

"Took quick pics, found unit making a horrible screeching in agaitaion. Found the cam wearing a hole through sheild due to nut falling off. Installed new cam and ran normal cycle. Unit got to rinse normally. Unit checks ok ; used 1 W10721967 (Cam) from stock"
