"Took quick pics, found unit just flashing lights in sequence and when you hit the start button it will just spin and stop all while the lights still flashing in sequence. Put unit into diagnostics and found unit showing f7e7 which is motor position not found. Installed shifter to see if the communication issue was with the tach and found no change. Rescheduled for 5/11 ; ordrng 1 W11626074 (Control) and 1 J13 (Job code) and 1 W11675701 (Hmi control)"

"Took quick pics, found unit would spark all of the cooktop igniters when trying to ignite the left front burner. Cleaned up burner caps and igniter heads to see if that would make any difference, found the gas flow better but still clicking. Found the LF small burner cap and the RR burner cap had been switched when it got cleaned. Put caps in proper places. Clicking is gone after ignition now. But also found when turning RF burner on low the flame would go out and everything clicks again. Adjusted gas level and corrected that issue. LR burner has a small ring of gas coming out around the bottom. Would need to replace burner head but none of the cooktop parts are available anymore. Had office run cc for $150 and email receipt"

Kari was absolutely fantastic! She asked me what the complaint was and she tested it and agreed with my complaint. She disassembled my dryer she found 3 issues a motor problem a fan problem and the factory dropped screws in the bottom and failed to pick them up. This also caused noise vibration. Kari was very respectful of my home kept everything clean. Kari has an attitude that in my opinion was lost among younger folks. Kari is a great asset to your company!
